Julie Kapala

Julie joined the Walking Mountains team in January 2022 and she has lived in the local community since 2002. Originally from St. Louis, MO, Julie graduated from Rockhurst University in Kansas City with a B.A. in Business Communication and a minor in Nonprofit Management & Leadership. Prior to her current role at Walking Mountains, Julie worked for Habitat for Humanity Vail Valley, Vail Valley Foundation and Vail Valley Partnership. Julie and her husband, Tom, live in Eagle-Vail with their sons Hunter and Parker. They enjoy snowboarding, biking, camping, weekend getaways, and are die-hard baseball fans.
